What to include
A few details make it much easier to understand and fix a problem:
- Which calculator you used
- The values you entered
- The result you expected
- The result you saw
- Your browser and device, if something looks or behaves wrong
Please do not send passwords, school login details, student ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information. They are never needed.
Before reporting a grade difference
If Qeemio shows a different result from your school, check your syllabus or school policy first. Schools can apply different:
- Grade cutoffs
- Rounding
- Category weights
- Repeated-course rules
- GPA rules and grade points
